No. This is a private pay practice.
This allows for deeper, more flexible work - without the limitations insurance places on sessions and treatment.
Superbills are available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though coverage varies by plan.
Ongoing Therapy
- Complimentary 20-minute consultation
- $300 — intake session (75 minutes)
- $250 — standard session (60 minutes)
- $400 — extended session (90 minutes)
Therapeutic Intensives ◆ Beginning Fall 2026
- $2,500 — 3 hours (current clients only)
- $3,000 — 4–5 hours (returning clients within 1 year)
- $4,500 — 6–8 hours (new clients)
A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available and offered within capacity.
Therapy is available to clients located in Connecticut only.
All partners must be physically located in Connecticut during sessions.
This practice specializes exclusively in relationship and sex therapy — not just general couples work.
The focus is on intimacy, desire, emotional honesty, and relational patterns, with particular attunement to the experiences of Black and POC couples.
This isn't about learning scripts or communication hacks.
It's about understanding the dynamic you're in - and shifting how you relate to each other.
That depends entirely on what you’re working toward.
Some relationships come for focused workort-term work. Others stay longer for deeper relational change.
We reassess along the way to make sure the work continues to feel aligned.
