Good Faith Estimate Notice
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your care.
Under federal law (the No Surprises Act), healthcare providers are required to provide uninsured or self-pay clients with an estimate of expected costs before services begin or upon request.
This estimate reflects the anticipated cost of your care based on your concerns, goals, and typical treatment patterns. It is not a guarantee, and actual costs may vary depending on your individual needs and the course of therapy.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, and one will be provided before your first session.
