Therapy that meets you
where it actually hurts.
Relational and sex therapy for couples and polycules — grounded in honesty, cultural awareness, and the belief that intimacy is not optional.
Most couples come to therapy hoping someone will finally make their partner understand.
Or they’re tired of feeling like roommates.
Or conflict has become the only way they know how to connect.
Therapy here isn't about fixing your partner or managing symptoms.
It’s about understanding what’s underneath the distance, the defensiveness, the shutdown - and creating space for connection that feels mutual, intimacy that doesn’t require pretending, and honesty that doesn’t come with fear.
This is relational work.
It’s grounded in the understanding that patterns don’t exist in a vacuum.
They’re shaped by culture, history, and the expectations many of us carry around strength, sacrifice, and survival.
This practice was built with particular attention to Black and POC couples navigating intimacy in a world that hasn’t always made space for softness, vulnerability, or pleasure.
Here, those patterns aren’t pathologized. They’re understood as adaptive — and changeable.
All services are relational and relationship-focused. This practice does not offer individual therapy.
